Universal Industries Ltd has been established for over 30 years and is a part of a group of companies with offices in UK, Russia, India, Israel, Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Djibouti. We have manufacturing and distribution facilities in different parts of the world specialising in medical, pharmaceutical and consumer products. We represent multinational companies and act as commission agents in various regions. We have produced a range of Official Licensed Football plasters for Premiership Clubs in England.
Our company started in Ethiopia more than 50 years ago and we have a very prominent presence in that region. We have recently expanded to manufacturing of therapeutic food (treatment for malnutrition) for NGO’s e.g. Concern, Save the Children, Valid International and acquired a distillery producing alcoholic beverages for the local market. We also supply to the Ministry of Health and Ministry of National Defence in Ethiopia and Eritrea and actively participate in Government Tenders in all sectors. On top of that, we are authorised suppliers to the Duty Free Shops and National Airlines.
